Sinergia Coworking, opened in January 2016, is the first concept of a co-working space (coworking) most like having your own office in Sant Cugat. It is a large space that offers all types of professionals a meeting room, fixed desk, and an area to drink coffee at a very affordable price.

 

Sinergia Coworking welcomes small businesses that need a dedicated workspace, freelancers looking for maximum flexibility and networking opportunities, salespeople who could use a desk to get some work done while commuting to and from business, or anyone who wants to come in and enjoy a workspace where you can concentrate and work in serenity.

Fixed desk with ergonomic chair, drawer, and cabinet. Access from 7am to 9pm from Monday to Friday.

REPRESENTATION

Exclusive office building. Ideal representation. Located neighborhood of Torreblanca. Equipped with lift.

Meeting room only for our coworkers with wifi and ethernet. Capacity four people. Equipped with drawer.

INTO THE WOODS

Natural light. Views over the Pollancreda and Collserola parks. Close to the main services.

Coffee corner where you can have a coffee or tea. Equipped with coffee maker and kettle.

ECO-FRIENDLY

Committed with sustainable mobility. Come to Sinergia by bicycle, walking or by bus. Bicycle parking nearby.


What is included in our rate?

 At Sinergia Coworking you only must bring your computer and your project. We will take care of everything else! 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays closed.

Meeting room price for coworkers: €10/hour + VAT.

The meeting room is not rented to external staff.

Possibility of tables/spaces for 2-4 coworkers.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Minimum contract: 1 month.

Deposit: 1 month. Notice: 1 month.

Type of payment: direct debit.

Payment: monthly in advance.
